Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI), RTO 0609, is celebrating the achievements of one of its newest graduates, Bayan, whose journey reflects the supportive and empowering environment ALTI strives to provide for all students.

Bayan first discovered ALTI through a Google search and was immediately reassured by the trusted Amana Living logo. A pre‑course meeting with Lisa from ALTI’s student services team gave her the confidence to begin her studies, setting the foundation for a successful learning experience.

Throughout her training, Bayan felt supported at every stage. “The trainers share their industry experience and that makes study easier. I want to say thank you for this opportunity, I am very happy,” she shared.

After completing her induction week, Bayan has now commenced her new role as a Community Support Worker with Amana Living in the South West Region. Looking ahead, she plans to return to ALTI to pursue further study, enrolling in the Nationally Recognised Training HLT43021 Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance.

ALTI congratulates Bayan on her achievements and is proud to support her as she begins her career in community care. Her story highlights the Institute’s commitment to equipping students with the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to thrive in the aged care and health sectors.
