Course Details

This workshop provides care workers the skills and knowledge needed to safely handle, prepare and store food in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.

This course can be customised to meet organisational workforce needs.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements

There are no pre-entry study or qualification requirements, but to be eligible, you must:

  • Possess suitable English language, literacy and numeracy skills (e.g. you will need to be able to read, understand and communicate care requirements on a care plan);
  • Be at least 18 years of age

This course is delivered face to face at our Training venue by our Registered Nurse Trainers

Certification

A certificate of participation confirming the learning outcomes will be provided to each learner.
