From Monday, 23rd March, all Amana Living Training Institute students have the option of either attending online training via Live ZOOM or continuing face-to-face training.

If students attend face-to-face training at the training centre, please follow the current prevention measures to ensure continued minimisation of the impact of COVID-19:

  • Students and visitors (including suppliers and other partners) are required to declare they do not have any COVID-19 symptoms and have not knowingly had any exposure to a person(s) carrying the virus.
  • Any person identified as being at risk of carrying COVID-19 (including flu-like symptoms) will be excluded from the training centre and will be provided with the appropriate support.
  • All students, visitors and staff at Amana Living Training Institute are required to follow Department of Health guidance regarding personal hygiene.

Recommended social distancing practices are being enabled and encouraged wherever possible.

This includes reducing the number of students per classroom so people can be seated further apart. It also includes staggering morning/afternoon tea and lunch breaks.

These measures have been put in place minimise the spread of COVID-19 in the community. We remind all students to follow Australian Government guidance about good hand hygiene, cough and sneeze etiquette, and social distancing.

Please contact ALTI’s Student Support Services on 1300 492 703 if you have any questions.
