Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) is proud to introduce Pubuduni, who has recently completed her induction and begun her new role as a carer at Peter Arney House in Salter Point.
Pubuduni’s journey is one of resilience and dedication. Originally a registered nurse in her home country, she moved to Australia and worked in childcare before focusing on raising her young family while her husband worked fly-in-fly-out. Once her youngest child was ready for school, Pubuduni was eager to re-enter the workforce — and ALTI’s rolling intake made it possible for her to begin studying straight away.
Employers have already recognised the value of her training, impressed by her choice to study at ALTI. With Amana Living’s strong reputation in aged care and the expertise of our trainers, Pubuduni’s decision has set her on a promising path. As she explained:
“We did the course to get jobs — Amana Living has a good reputation with employers.”
Looking ahead, Pubuduni is excited to continue her studies with ALTI and has expressed her gratitude to our supportive student services team for guiding her along the way.
👏 We congratulate Pubuduni on this achievement and warmly welcome her to Amana Living. We look forward to seeing her thrive in her new role and wish her every success in her career.
