What You’ll Need to Provide When Booking Your Course

When booking a course or information session, please provide

Photo ID
Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number (we can help you locate this)
Proof of residency (i.e. Australian Passport/Citizenship documents/Birth Certificate/Permanent Residency)

If you wish to receive Government funding, you will need to also provide

Resume
Concession Card (if applicable)

Work placement documents

The below items are not required at enrolment, however will be required prior to arranging a work placement:

Current Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (unless medically exempt). This is an Australian Government requirement to work in aged care.
