What You’ll Need to Provide When Booking Your Course

When booking a course or information session, please provide

  • Photo ID
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI) Number (we can help you locate this)
  • Proof of residency (i.e. Australian Passport/Citizenship documents/Birth Certificate/Permanent Residency)


If you wish to receive Government funding, you will need to also provide

  • Resume
  • Concession Card (if applicable)


Work placement documents

The below items are not required at enrolment, however will be required prior to arranging a work placement:

  • Current Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (unless medically exempt). This is an Australian Government requirement to work in aged care.
