Course Details

This session covers topics associated with the rights of clients who receive a service.

Topics include:

  • Clients’ rights, taking into account lifestyle, cultural, linguistic and religious preferences
  • Clients’ responsibilities
  • Neglect and abuse of the elderly

This course can be customised to meet organisational workforce needs.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements

There are no pre-entry study or qualification requirements, but to be eligible, you must:

  • Possess suitable English language, literacy and numeracy skills (e.g. you will need to be able to read, understand and communicate care requirements on a care plan);
  • Be at least 18 years of age

This course is delivered face to face at our Training venue by our experienced Trainers.
