Every year Amana Living recognises staff members who exemplify our culture by being the right people, doing the right things, in the right way. This is called the 3Rs, and it’s an awards program based on the nomination of staff by their peers, managers, residents, clients, and their families.

Each month, staff are recognised with a 3Rs award and then we invite all staff to our Annual Awards Dinner to acknowledge these achievements.

Child care assistance

During the school holidays parents can receive a subsidy towards their child care costs.

Leave benefits
